Both Le Balm Original and Unscented have been formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Our Unscented formula has been optimized for sensitive, reactive, redness, or allergen-prone skin and is ideal as a post-treatment balm to accelerate recovery following procedures - including botox, fraxel, and laser treatments.
Warm a small amount of Le Balm between fingers to activate the formula. Gently massage over freshly cleansed skin on face, lips, neck and under eyes. Use both morning and night as the last step of your skincare routine. Apply Le Balm Unscented after retinol application, post procedure, and over very dry, delicate or sensitive areas in need of extra care.
Meticulously crafted by French pharmacist Dr. Natacha Bonjout, each Le Balm soothing skin salve is formulated with 1.5 million native stem cells from hibiscus and prickly pear to help enhance skin barrier function. Repair is amplified by ceramide NP and essential fatty acids that support skin renewal, replenish vital skin lipids, and prevent dryness and dehydration (TEWL).
A soothing skin salve is formulated without water to maximize the concentration of beneficial actives and enhance the efficacy of the formula. Waterless salves provide more intense moisture to alleviate dryness by forming a protective barrier on the skin, and are the best way to prevent transepidermal water loss. They are also more suitable for sensitive skin as they typically contain fewer preservatives and irritants.
