Processing Time

We make every effort to process your order within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day and will be shipped, pending credit card verification, as fast as possible.

 

Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S. and Canada, but we are actively working on expanding to Europe and additional countries. If you’d love to see us in your country, let us know at bonjour@bonjoutbeauty.com.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • United States: Free standard shipping via USPS (3-8 business days, depending on location).
  • Canada: Free standard shipping via DHL (6-10 business days). All applicable taxes and duties are fully covered by Bonjout Beauty, ensuring no additional costs at checkout or upon delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S. only): $20 flat fee for 2-3 business day delivery.

Orders placed before 9 AM EST on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) with Expedited Shipping, will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9 AM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Please review carefully your shipping address at checkout to prevent any errors or delays. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at bonjour@bonjoutbeauty.comwith your order details. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Address updates may be subject to additional charges.

While we strive for timely delivery, Bonjout Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by local delivery issues, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or any circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 48 hours. Before reaching out, check your surroundings, mailroom, front desk, or with anyone who might have accepted it on your behalf. Bonjout Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Orders Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at bonjour@bonjoutbeauty.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee address changes and cancellations once an order has been processed. Any address modification may be subject to additional charges.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel single items within an order. If your entire order is canceled, you will receive an email confirmation, and a full refund will be issued.

 

Returns

We accept returns for products in unopened and unused condition, returned within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns for purchases made on bonjoutbeauty.com. If you purchased from a retail partner or another website, please contact the original place of purchase for assistance.

To initiate a return, please email us at bonjour@bonjoutbeauty.com with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to return. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send your return back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 20 business days to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable, and a flat $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note we do not issue refunds for replacement orders or items that were re-sent as a good faith gesture.

We monitor return activity and reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or in cases of abuse.

Damaged Product/Wrong Order

We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong product—this is certainly not the experience we want you to have with Bonjout Beauty.

To ensure a prompt resolution, please report any damages or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at bonjour@bonjoutbeauty.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) or incorrect product received. Once we receive your email, we will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
